1. Data we collect

Contact data: name, email, phone/WhatsApp, country.
Booking data: travel dates, number of travelers, preferences, special requests.
Passenger data required by the authorities: full name, passport number, nationality, date of birth, gender and, when applicable, student card.
Health or dietary information you voluntarily provide so that we can operate the tour safely.
Technical data: IP address, browser and, only with your consent, analytics cookies.

We do not store credit or debit card numbers: payments are processed directly by Izipay and PayPal on their secure platforms.

2. Purposes

We use your data to answer your enquiries, prepare quotes, manage bookings and payments, purchase permits, tickets and services from suppliers, send you information about your trip, comply with legal and tax obligations and, only if you subscribe, send you our newsletter.

3. Recipients

We share only the data strictly necessary with the Ministry of Culture and SERNANP (permits and tickets), train and transport companies, hotels, insurers and payment processors. Some of these providers may be located outside Peru; in those cases we ensure adequate levels of protection.

4. Retention and security

We keep booking data for the period required by tax and consumer law, and contact enquiries for up to two years. Passport numbers are stored encrypted, access to our management system is restricted by role and protected with secure passwords, and all communication with this site is encrypted with SSL/TLS.

5. Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights) by writing to clicera.info@gmail.com with the subject "Personal data" and a copy of your identity document. We will respond within the legal deadlines. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may file a claim with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (Ministry of Justice and Human Rights).

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies required for the site to work (session, cart and security). Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Meta) are loaded only if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time by deleting the cookies of this site in your browser.
