How to pay
- Deposit online (30% or 50% depending on the tour) by card through Izipay or by PayPal
- Or 100% online
- Balance at the briefing in Cusco, in cash (USD or PEN) or by card
- A 5% processing fee applies only to online payments
Cancellation by the traveler
- More than 30 days before departure: full refund of the amount paid, minus the online processing fee and any permits, tickets or train fares already issued
- 30 to 15 days before: 50% refund of the tour services not yet used
- Less than 15 days or no-show: no refund
Non-refundable items
Inca Trail permits, Machu Picchu and Huayna Picchu tickets and train tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable once issued, as set by the issuing institutions.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made through the same payment method within 15 business days.
